Refunds & Exchanges

As a small business, we are currently not accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure that you review our size guide carefully before making a purchase. If you experience any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us directly via Instagram DM @paw_pochi or email at pawpochi.official@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to assist you and want to ensure you have a great Paw Pochi experience.

Size Exchange

We highly recommend double-checking your product size before purchasing. Please note, if you order the wrong size, we do not offer exchanges.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup within the Mount Austin, JB area. Please kindly contact us on Instagram @paw_pochi after placing your order to arrange pickup.

  • Ready stock: Pickup available within 1-2 days after order.
  • Custom or made-to-order: Pickup available within 5 days after order.

For your convenience, ready stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days for a fast delivery time.

Shipping Details

  • Standard shipping: RM8 for all bandanas within West Malaysia.
  • Singapore shipping: RM45 for all bandanas.
  • Bows and accessories: Tracked shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

If you're outside of Malaysia and would like to know the shipping fees, please DM us on Instagram @paw_pochi before placing your order.
All international orders are shipped with tracked expedited shipping.
